生产设备实时数据远程监测研究与实现

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REAL-TIME DATA REMOTE MONITORING FOR MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

生产设备实时数据远程监测是制造企业综合效率管理的有利工具。针对不同类型生产设备,提出采用C/S(Client/Server,客户机/服务器)架构,以OPC UA(OPC Unified Architecture)解决方案来完成实时数据采集和存储。经实时/历史数据库和关系数据库在数据库服务器二次加工后,实时数据以B/S(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器)架构通过Web服务器在远程Web网页上进行可视化展示。系统可远程在线查询多台不同类型分布式生产设备实时数据,实现了效率分析、消耗统计、报警及报表打印功能。实际应用表明,系统功能完全满足需求,提高了生产效率。

For comprehensive efficiency management of the manufacturing enterprise, the real-time data remote monitoring for manufacturing facilities is a favorable tool. Based on OPC UA（OPC Unified Architecture） solution, the real-time data of the different types of manufacturing facilities is acquired and stored with C/S（Client/Server） structure in this paper. In addition, the real-time data is secondary processed by the real-time/historian database and the relational database in the database server. With B/S（Browser/Server） structure, the Web server visualizes the real time data on remote Web pages. For multiple distributed different types of manufacturing facilities, the real-time data can be remote queried on-line, and the functions of efficiency analysis, consumption statistics, abnormal early warning and report printing can be completed. The application results show that the system functions can fully meet the requirements and the production efficiency can be improved.
