摘要
主要研究了铸轧速度对7050铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。在其他工艺条件不变时,采用单因素变量法研究了不同铸轧速度时试样晶粒、第二相的分布情况,同时研究了不同铸轧速度时试样抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率的变化情况,并对试样拉伸断口进行了分析。结果表明,当铸轧速度为12 r/min时所获得的试样的晶粒大小适中且分布均匀,其力学性能也最好。
The effect of the casting rolling speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy was mainly studied. When the other process conditions were constant, the distribution of the grain and the second phase of the sample at different casting rolling speeds were studied by using the single factor variable method. At the same time,the changes of tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at different casting rolling speeds were studied. The tensile fractures of the specimen were analyzed. The results show that when the casting rolling speed is 12 r/min, the grain size of the sample is moderate and its distribution is uniform, and its mechanical properties are also the best.
