摘要
以某法兰管零件为例,对空心轴类零件的特点和加工难点进行了论述;对常用的空心轴零件的塑性成形方法进行了说明,比较了各种方法的优点和缺点,提出了一种简单、高效、实用的冷挤压成形方法,并通过实验证明了该方法的实用性。
Taking a flange tube part as an example, the characteristics and processing difficulties of hollow shaft part were discussed. The common plastic forming method of hollow shaft parts was described. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared. A simple, efficient and practical cold extrusion forming method was proposed. The practicability of the method was proved by experiments.
