中西方文化的不断交流促进中国食品工业的发展,中国出现众多西餐厅和西式快餐店,同时使中国饮食更注重饮食安全和营养均衡。中西饮食文化的交流使得中国的食品工业更加多元化、现代化和规模化,为中国消费者提供更多饮食选择,在一定程度上提升中国消费者的饮食效率。吸收西方饮食文化的精髓能更好地促进中国现代食品工业的良性发展。
The exchange of Chinese and western dietetic culture will promote the development of Chinese food industry. Many western restaurants and western-style fast food appeared in China, and Chinese consumers pay more attention to the food safety and balanced nutrition. The exchange of China and the west dietetic culture communication makes China's food industry more diversified, modern and large-scale, and provide more food choices for Chinese consumers, to a certain extent, as well as improving the dietary efficiency of China's consumers. Absorbing the essence of western diet culture can better promote the healthy development of Chinese food industry.
