摘要
建立一种测定矿泉水中硒元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。对样品的前处理方法进行优化,并通过动能歧视(KED)模式和在线加入内标溶液消除相关干扰。方法检出限为0.09μg/L,在3个质量浓度水平进行加标(1.0,4.0和8.0μg/L),加标回收率为94.6%~103.7%,RSD值为2.1%~2.5%(n=6),相关系数r为0.999 8。该方法简便快捷,应用范围广,准确度和精密度较高,可重复性较好,满足矿泉水中硒元素含量的测定要求,为矿泉水的质量监督和管理提供参考依据。
To establish a method for determination of selenium in mineral water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Pre-treatment methods were optimized, then the internal standard was added online and the Kinetic Energy Discrimination(KED) Mode was applied to eliminate the related interference. The detection limit was 0.09 μg/L. In 3 different degrees(1.0, 4.0 and 8.0 μg/L), the average recoveries ranged from 94.6% to 103.7%, and the precision ranged from 2.1% to 2.5%(n=6). The calibration curve correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. This method was simple and fast, with wide application range, good accuracy and reproducibility, which could determine and supervise Se in mineral water. More importantly, this method could provide reference for the supervision and management of mineral water.
