源自不同产地青花椒主要特征品质分析 被引量:7

Analysis of Main Characteristics of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc from Different Areas

摘要 试验通过对来自不同地域青花椒品种中的主要特征品质进行研究,并借助SPSS对源自不同产地青花椒中的主要品质进行差异性分析。结果表明:不同产地青花椒之间,其主要品质有所不同,并存在一定的差异性;5种青花椒果皮挥发油两两之间均存在显著性差异,汉源和金阳均高于其他产地;贵阳青花椒中芳樟醇含量最高,汉源最低,贵阳青花椒与其他产地青花椒存在显著性差异;金阳青花椒中不挥发性乙醚抽提物明显高于其它产地,但就醇溶提取物而言,贵阳青花椒却高于其他产地,并与其他产地青花椒存在差异性;洪雅青花椒和贵阳青花椒中蛋白质含量相对较高,二者之间有显著性差异。 In this paper, the main characters of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc varieties from different areas were studied. The main quality of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc from different areas was analyzed by SPSS. The results showed that the main quality of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc from different areas was different, and there were some differences; Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc pericarp of volatile oil had significant differences between the five kinds, and Jinyang and Hanyuan were higher than other areas; The linalool content of Guiyang Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc was the highest, and Hanyuan was the lowest. There were significant differences between Guiyang Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc and other areas; The Nonvolatile ether extract in Jinyang Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc was significantly higher than that in other areas. But in terms of alcohol soluble extracts, Guiyang Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc is higher than other producing areas, and there are differences with other areas of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc; The protein content between Hongya Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc and Guiyang Zanthoxylum schinifoliumSieb. et Zucc is relatively high, and there is a significant difference between the two kinds.
