摘要
目的对东莞市黄江镇明代古墓出土的一具遗骸进行人类学鉴定和塑化保存。方法根据遗骸长骨的长度、牙齿磨耗程度及其它相关骨性标志等特征,按吴汝康等的人体测量方法,对其身高、年龄、性别等进行鉴定;并采用生物塑化技术对该遗骸进行塑化保存。结果该遗骸身高为167~170 cm,年龄在36~40岁的男性。经塑化保存半年来效果良好。结论遗骸的鉴定和塑化保存对研究古人类学和保护文物资源具有重要意义。
Objective To identify and preserve the unearthed bones of Ming Dynasty in dong guan city. Methods The Anthropologicphysique measurement established by Wu Ru-kang were used to identify the sexc, age and length according to the bonymarks, the teeth characteristics and length of the long bone. The biological plastication method was carried out to preserve the bones from the ancient tomb of Ming Dynasty. Results The human remains was a man, 36 to 40 years old, about 167-172 cm height. The unearthed bones have been preserved in a good condition. Conclusion The idendification and preservation of the unearthed bones play an important role in studying the social development in Ming Dynasty in dongguan city and the biological plastication method is an effective way to presveveunearthed human bones for long time.
