摘要
产业投资基金作为一种新型融资方式,在调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式方面可以发挥重要作用。通过以2002—2015年中国省级面板数据为基础,研究财政拨款、FDI和产业投资基金影响经济结构调整的区域效应,结果发现产业投资基金促进了大部分省域的经济结构调整,但影响力度相对较小。对比来看,产业投资基金对海南的经济结构调整具有最佳的促进效果,山东、广西和青海实现产业转型的资本源泉是财政拨款和FDI,江苏仅适合借助产业投资基金来实现经济结构调整,福建和云南的产业转型资本只倾向于使用FDI和产业投资基金。
Industrial investment fund can play an important role in adjusting the industrial structure and transformation of the mode of economic growth. On the basis of Chinese provincial panel data from 2002—2015, this paper researches on the regional effect of the Finance, FDI and industrial investment fund on the adjustment of economic structure, The results show that the industrial investment fund plays a significant role in most of provinces even though the impact is relatively small. By contrast, industrial investment fund has the best effect in promoting economic structure adjustment in Hainan. However, the capital source of industry transformation in Shandong, Guangxi and Qinghai is funding and FDI, industrial investment fund is only suitable in Jiangsu, while FDI and industrial investment fund in Fujian and Yunnan.
