职业教育助力精准扶贫的现实思考——以高等职业教育供给侧为出发点

Realistic Thinking of Vocational Education Assisting in Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Based on the Supply Side of Higher Vocational Education

坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫,让贫困人口和贫困地区同全国一道进入全面小康社会是我们党的庄严承诺。"可能能力"不足是致贫的首因,以培养实操型人才为根本任务的职业教育是实现精准扶贫的关键抓手。高等职业教育助力精准扶贫应从消除偏见、扩大招生规模、多种方式并举、优化人才培养机制和完善顶层设计等5个方面入手。

It is a solemn commitment of the CPC to insist on targeted poverty alleviation to enable the povertystricken population and poverty-stricken areas to enter the all-round well-off society together with all the other areas of the country. The insufficiency of possible capacity is the first cause of poverty. The vocational education aiming at training practical talents is the key to achieve targeted poverty alleviation. Assisting in targeted poverty alleviation,the higher vocational education should undertake the following five aspects： eliminating prejudice,expanding enrollment,enhancing the means of funding,optimizing talents training mechanism and perfecting the top-level design.
