HPLC-MS/MS法分析45%己唑·多菌灵悬浮剂含量

摘要 [目的]采用HPLC-MS/MS建立45%己唑·多菌灵悬浮剂含量检测方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,使用Agilent Eclipse PlusC_(18)1.8μm填料的不锈钢色谱柱和MSD检测器,对供试物中的己唑醇和多菌灵进行测定,外标法定量。[结果]该分析方法的己唑醇和多菌灵线性相关系数分别为0.9993和0.9995,相对标准偏差分别为6.60%和1.64%,平均回收率分别为102.20%和86.77%。[结论]该方法操作简单,准确度、精密度及灵敏度均满足要求,可用于45%己唑·多菌灵悬浮剂含量检测。 [Aims] The aims were to establish a HPLC-MS/MS method to detect the hexaconazole·carbendazim45% SC. [Methods] The separation and quantitative analysis of hexaconazole and carbendazim in the samples were conducted by HPLC-MS/MS and MSD detector with the mixture of methanol and 0.1% formic acid water(70 ∶30,by vol) as the mobile phase and with Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column as fix phase. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for hexaconazole and carbendazim were 0.9993 and 0.9995. The relative standard deviation were 6.60 and 1.64%, the average recovery rates were 102.20 and 86.77%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is simple,the accuracy, precision and sensitivity can meet the requirement, which is suitable for analysis of hexaconazole·carbendazim 45% SC.
