摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法检测噻唑膦含量的方法。[方法]试样用流动相溶解,以甲醇-水为流动相,用岛津Shim-packC_(18)色谱柱和紫外检测器,对噻唑膦进行反相高效液相色谱法分析,外标法定量。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为100.0%。[结论]该方法操作简单,重复性好,可用于噻唑膦定性和定量的检测。
[Aims] To establish a analysis method for determination of fosthiazate by HPLC. [Methods] With the mixture of methanol and water as the mobile phase, the samples were dissolved with mobile phase and analyzed by RP-HPLC with Shim-packC_(18) column and UV detector. The quantification was quantified by external standard method. [Results]The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the coefficient of variation was 0.23% and the average recovery was100.0%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, reproducible and can be used in quantitative determination of fosthiazate.
