泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血40例临床观察

Pantoprazole combined with octreotide in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding: a clinical observation of 40 cases

目的:评价泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的有效性、安全性。方法:将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,给予治疗组20例患者泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,给予对照组20例患者泮托拉唑治疗。结果:经治疗24h,治疗组平均止血时间为(15.8±2.7)h、对照组平均止血时间为(21.9±1.3)h。经治疗72h,治疗组平均止血时间为(20.4±1.8)h、对照组平均止血时间为(27.9±8.3)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗组的总有效率为85.00%,对照组的总有效率为70.00%,治疗组的疗效较对照组更优。结论:泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血安全有效。

Objective： to evaluate the efficacy and safety oI pantolazote combined with octreotlOe Jn me treatment m upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 20 patients of the treatment group were treated with optrin combined with octrexol, and 20 patients in the control group were treated with pantolazole. Results： after treatment of 24h, the average hemostasis of treatment group was （15.8±2.7）h and the mean hemostasis of the control group was （21.9±1.3）h. After treatment of 72h, the mean hemostasis of the treatment group was （20.4±1.8）h and the mean hemostasis of the control group was （27.9±8.3）h, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 85.00% in the treatment group of ppantolazole combined with octreotide, and the total effective rate of control group was 70.00%, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： poprazole combined with octreotide is safe and effective in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
