秦美猕猴桃果实生育及营养量变的若干特点 被引量:5

摘要 采用生育期定期采样的方法 ,研究了浙江北部地区秦美猕猴桃果实生化规律及主要营养成分的变化特征。结果表明 :果实生长表现为“S”型趋势 ;有机酸含量随着果实的生长而逐步增高 ,授粉后 1 1 0d达最高值 ,而后呈下降趋势 ;同时蛋白质、总糖、淀粉、可溶性糖、还原糖和可溶性固形物等含量表现为增加趋势 ;果实发育前期维生素C含量保持较高水平 ,授粉后 5 0d开始下降 ,1 1 0d则再度升高。授粉后 1 5 0d左右 ,果实鲜质量中各项营养指标达到较适值 ,即蛋白质为 477 4μg·g-1,维生素C 1 2 9mg·g-1,有机酸 1 6 3g·kg-1,总糖 93 1g·kg-1,淀粉 60 4g·kg-1,可溶性糖 32 7g·kg-1,还原糖 2 7 6g·kg-1,可溶性固形物 75 0g·kg-1,果实进入采收期。图 2表 2参 In order to understand the development and nutrition change characterlstics of Actinidia deliciosa cv.Qinmei fruits in the north region of Zhejiang, Actinidia deliciosa cv.Qinmei fruits in different development periods were collected.The result showes that the fruits growth pattern is of 'S' curve.During the growth of fruits,the content of organic acid increases slowly,it achieves the highest about 110 days after pollination and decreases after that.At the same time,the contents of protein,total sugar,amylum,soluble sugar,reducing sugar and soluble solid behave increase trend.At the early stage of development,the content of Vc in fruits holds higher level,starts to decrease 50 days after pollination and increase again 110 day after polliation.All trial figure become good preferable of protein 477 4 μg·g -1 FW,Vc 1 29 mg·g -1 FW,organic acid 16 3 g·kg -1 ,total sugar 93 1 g·kg -1 ,amylum 60 4 g·kg -1 ,soluble sugar 32 7 g·kg -1 ,reducing sugar 27 6 g·kg -1 and soluble solid 75 0 g·kg -1 respectively about 150 days after pollination,then Actinidia deliciosa cv.Qinmei fruit was in harvesting period.
