青年军人疲劳状况与唾液皮质醇和注意功能的相关性研究

Relationship of Salivary Cortisol and Attention Function with Fatigue in Young Soldiers

目的探讨青年军人疲劳状况与唾液皮质醇浓度和注意功能的关系,为寻找有效评估疲劳的客观指标提供参考。方法采用疲劳评定量表(fatigue assessment instrument,FAI)、唾液采集和注意网络测试(attention network test,ANT)对34名青年军人进行调查分析。结果 ANT任务的线索类型(无线索、中心线索、双重线索、空间线索)、靶子状态(一致、不一致、中性)的主效应以及线索类型和靶子状态的交互作用均显著(P<0.001);执行控制网络的反应时显著长于警觉网络(P<0.001)和定向网络(P<0.001)的反应时,但执行控制网络、警觉网络和定向网络的反应时之间没有显著的相关性(P>0.05);FAI量表的维度4疲劳对休息、睡眠的反应量表(responsiveness to rest/sleep,RR/S)得分与唾液皮质醇浓度显著负相关(P<0.05);FAI量表的维度2疲劳的环境特异性量表(situation-specific fatigue subscale,SFS)得分与执行控制网络存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论青年军人越疲劳,唾液皮质醇浓度越高,执行控制功能越低。

Objective To investigate the relationship between fatigue status of young soldiers and salivary cortisol as well as attention function,and provide references for finding objective indicators of fatigue evaluation.Methods Thirty-four young soldiers were investigated and analyzed by fatigue assessment instrument（FAI）,saliva collection and attention network test（ANT）.Results The main effects of the clue type（no clue,central clue,double clue,spatial clue）,target state（consistent,inconsistent,neutral）and the interaction of clue types and target states were significant.The reaction time of control network was significantly longer than that of alert network and orienting network（P〈0.001）,but there were no significant correlation among executive control network,alert network and orienting network（P〉0.05）.The dimension 4 fatigue of FAI scale was negatively correlated with the responsiveness to rest/sleep（RR/S）score and salivary cortisol concentration（P〈0.05）,and the situation-specific fatigue subscale（SFS）scores of dimension 2 fatigue of FAI scale was negatively correlated with executive control network（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The more fatigue of young soldiers,the higher saliva cortisol concentration,the lower executive control function.
