摘要
目的:建立双波长薄层色谱扫描法测定10批不同产地桑白皮中桑酮H含量的方法。方法:以桑酮H为对照品,硅胶GF254高效薄层板为固定相,石油醚-二氯甲烷-甲醇-乙酸(5∶10∶1.5∶1)为展开剂,采用λ_S=299nm,λ_R=500nm双波长进行薄层扫描测定。结果:桑酮H在212~1 590ng质量范围内与其吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 6),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.9%。结论:薄层色谱扫描法操作简单、快捷,结果准确、可靠,可为桑白皮中桑酮H的含量分析提供参考。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of kuwanon H in Mori Cortex from 10 different origins.Methods:Dual Wavelength TLC scanner was selected with kuwanon H as a standard substance.Silica gel GF254 prefabricate thin layer plate was used with a mixture of petroleum ether-dichloromethane-methanol-acetic acid(5∶10∶1.5∶1)as the developing system,and detected at 299 nm withreference wavelength of 500 nm.Results:Results:The calibraction curve of kuwanon H was linear in the range of 212~1590 ng(r=0.9986).The average recovery rate was 100.2% and with the RSD=1.9%.Conclusion:The TLCS method has a simple operation and accurate result,which wassuitable for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of kuwanon H from Mori Cortex.
