摘要
目的:比较分析市售丹参饮片的外观颜色性状及其丹参酮成分的含量。方法:利用四等分法比较不同来源市售丹参饮片的木部、皮部颜色性状,采用高效液相色谱法测定各饮片丹参酮类含量。结果:皮部赤红、横断面紫褐色并有放射状米纹的丹参饮片丹参酮类含量高;皮部棕褐色、木部白色的丹参饮片丹参酮类含量低。结论:丹参酮类含量与外观颜色具有一定相关性。该研究为判断丹参饮片药材质量优劣提供了初步参考依据。
Objective：To explore the relationship between decoction pieces appearance color properties and the content of tanshinone of S.miltiorrhiza in themarket.Methods：Compare Salvia decoction pieces of wood,skin color properties from different sources saled in the market by quarters.Use HPLC to determinate the content of tanshinones in different decoction pieces of S.miltiorrhiza.Results：The content of tanshinones is high that tanshinones is high that Salvia decoction pieces skin red,crimson and radial lines internal.Brown,department of wood white low content of tanshinones.Conclusion：Thetanshinones content and appearance colour showed a certain relevance,which provides reference for distinguishing the quality of Danshen Pieces.1
