大学生生活方式与中医体质类型对应分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨生活方式与大学生中医体质类型的关系,为开展大学生健康教育和体质调理工作提供参考。方法:调查大学生中医体质和生活方式,采用EpiData 3.1软件双录入数据,采用《中医体质分类与判定》量表判定中医体质类型,采用SPSS 18.0软件分析数据,最后采用对应分析法探讨生活作息、饮食观念及运动与中医体质之间的关系。结果:大学生中医体质健康状况不佳,生活作息规律、注重饮食和营养、总是参加运动与平和质关联性强;生活没有规律、不注重饮食和营养、缺乏运动与偏颇体质关联性强。结论:可从生活作息规律、饮食观念和运动习惯三个方面入手来开展大学生中医体质的调理工作。 Objective:Exploring the relationship between lifestyle and constitutional types of Chinese medicine(CTCM)of university students,so as to provide basis for physical fitness recuperating.Methods:Investigated constitutional types of Chinese medicine and way of life of undergraduate through questionnaires.Double Input data using EpiData 3.1 software.Classification and evaluation criterion of Chinese medicine constitution is adopted to evaluation the constitutional types of Chinese medicine.Analysis data using SPSS18.0.Explore the relationship between life work and rest,diet conception the movement and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine by corresponding analysis method.Results:CTCM condition is bad.There is a strong correlation in gentleness type CTCM and routine of life、pay attention to diet nutrition and often take part in exercise of university students.And strong correlation in pathological constitution types and life without law,does not pay attention to diet and nutrition lack of exercise.Conclusion:Recuperate physical fitness can develop from the routine of life,diet and exercise habits.
