“胡达”词义考及其汉语译介问题探析

The Meaning of "Hudah"and Its Chinese Translation

"胡达"作为一个在新疆各少数民族中广泛使用的外来词汇,其所蕴含的文化内涵并不完全等同于伊斯兰文化,在汉语译介时需要充分考虑其词源词义。本文从"胡达"一词的词源、词义以及汉语译介等方面探讨了国内现有词典编撰中存在的问题与不足,提出应该增加"胡达"词条释义,以正确理解词语背后的历史文化。

Hudah"as a loanword is widely used by ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,but its cultural implications are not entirely identical to the Islamic culture,and we should fully consider the etymology of the word when translating it into Chinese.Focusing on the origin and meaning of the word and its Chinese translation,this paper discusses the existing problems and inadequacies in dictionary-compilation in today's China and points out that the definition of"Hudah"entry in dictionaries should be supplemented to correctly understand the historical and cultural background of the word.
