摘要
采用高效液相色谱同时测定碳酸饮料中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄4种着色剂的含量。采用C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,10μm),甲醇和0.02mol·m L^(-1)乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,10min实现4种着色剂的基线分离。所建立分析方法,检测的线性范围为0.5~50μg·m L^(-1),检出限(3S/N)在0.55~0.95μg·m L^(-1)之间,加标回收率在93.3%~102%之间,测定的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.5%~1.4%之间。该法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于碳酸饮料中常见着色剂剂的快速测定。
HPLC was applied to the simultaneous determination of four colorants, including lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine and sunset yellow, in carbonated drinks. The analyteswere separated on a C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,10μm)by a gradient elution with methanol and 0.02 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate asmobile phase. Underthe optimal conditions, fourcolorants were analysed completely in 10 min. Linear relationships were found between peak areas and mass concentrations of the 4 kinds of colorants in the range of 0.5-50 μg·m L^-1, with detection limits(3 S/N) in the range of 0.55 -0.95μg·m L^-1.Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of93.3%-102%, and RSDs(n=6)were in the range of 0.5%-1.4%.The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate,and was suitable for the determination of four familiar colorantsin carbonated drinks.
