摘要
在长距离输水管线中,尤以高扬程多起伏压力输水管道水锤防护难度最大,发生水锤事故最多。基于特征线法对实际长距离输水工程发生事故停泵后的水力过渡过程进行计算分析,分别对无防护措施、阀门关闭、空气阀、空气阀与调压塔组合作为管线水锤防护方法,模拟分析事故停泵管线水锤防护效果。结果表明,通过对液控蝶阀采取两阶段关闭规律,并将空气阀与调压塔联合使用,管线的正压与负压得到了很好的控制,机组的参数满足泵站设计规范,该文的研究成果期望对于类似工程的水锤防护具有参考价值和借鉴意义。
In long-distance pipelines,the prevention of water hammers is extremly difficult,especially in high heads and multi-undulate pipelines. Based on the method of characteristics,the calculation and analysis of hydraulic transient process of the actual long-distance water conveyance project after the pump stoppage,the results show that the positive pressure and negative pressure of the pipeline are well controlled by the combination of the air valve and the one way surge tank,the parameter of the unit satisfies the design specifications of pumping station. It is a valuable reference to protect water hammer for similar projects.
