住房和城乡建设部印发的《建筑业发展"十三五"规划》提出了建筑业发展的指导思想和基本原则,并提出了"十三五"期间建筑业发展的六大目标。现代经济的迅速发展促使了建筑行业的迅猛发展,进入新时期以来,随着科学技术的不断提高,装饰施工工的新工艺也在不断产生。从传统上看来,装饰是为了让建筑更加美观,并可让建筑本身得到最大程度上的利用,减少由于建筑本身格局带来的一些局限性。所以将新工艺应用在装饰施工之中,不仅提高了工作效率,也可以保证工程施工的质量。
