摘要 在当前阶段的建筑施工中,如果从源头入手来保障建筑物应有的安全度,则应致力于选用框剪结构。相比而言,框架剪力墙设有稳定性更强的墙体内部构架,针对整个建筑物自身具备的抗震特性也能予以显著优化。研究框剪结构的基本特征及其结构类型,并分析了其具体技术措施,望可对相似工程有所帮助,以提高施工质量及施工效率。 In the current stage of construction, if the safety of the building should be ensured from the source, the frame-shear structure should be used. In contrast, the frame shear wall has a more stable internal wall structure, which can be significantly optimized for the seismic properties of the entire building itself. The basic characteristics and structural types of the frame-shear structure are analyzed and analyzed, and the specific technical measures are analyzed. It is hoped that this will help the similar projects to improve the construction quality and construction efficiency.
