结合阿尔及利亚南北高速公路项目,分析海外高速公路工程总承包合同管理的特殊性和要点,并详细阐述了各阶段的工作方法和应采取的预控措施,望可对类似工程有所帮助。
In connection with the Algeria North-South Expressway project, the special nature and main points of the management of overseas expressway general contracting contracts were analyzed, and the working methods and pre-control measures that should be taken at various stages were elaborated.Hopefully, similar projects could be helped.
