无砟道床施工是实现高速铁路无砟轨道高平顺性、高舒适性、高安全性的基础。无砟道床的施工精度的高低直接影响到铺轨后轨道精调的施工工期,也影响到轨道精调的施工成本。无砟道床施工过程中,如果各关键环节把控不严,无砟道床的整体精度不高,将导致轨道精调工作量的增加及调整难度的增大,继而可能影响线路的通车运营。根据新建铁路兰新第二双线甘青段无砟轨道的工程实践,结合轨道精调时出现的一些病害,提出无砟轨道施工时需要注意的问题,给予类似工程时给予一些参考建议。

Ballastless track construction is the foundation for achieving high speed ride comfort, high comfort and high safety of high-speed railway ballastless track.The construction accuracy of ballastless track directly affects the construction period of fine track after track laying, and also affects the construction cost of fine track adjustment.In the course of the baUastless bed construction, if the key links are not strictly controlled and the overall precision of the ballastless bed is not high, it will lead to the increase of the workload of the track fine tune and the increase of the difficulty of the adjustment, and then it may affect the operation of the line.According to the engineering practice of the ballastless track in the second double line Gan Qing section of new railway, combined with some diseases in the track fine tune, this paper puts forward some problems to be paid attention to in the construction ofballastless track and gives some reference suggestions for similar projects.
