摘要
水池裂缝出现,会降低池壁混凝土的耐久性,削弱所能达到的承载力,影响水池的使用,是水池施工中必须解决的关键问题。为解决这一问题,结合阿尔及利亚TOSYALI钢厂二期循环水泵房冷却水池实体工程,分析了该钢厂水系统混凝土循环冷却水池由于裂缝导致产生渗漏的原因及其处理方式的分析,提出了如何有效地处理水池墙壁裂缝渗漏的方法以及施工中的注意事项,可供同类工程参考。
The emergence of cracks in the pool will reduce the durability of the concrete in the pool wall, weaken the bearing capacity and affect the use of the pool, which is the key problem that must be solved in the construction of the pool. In order to solve this problem, combined with the solid engineering of the cooling cistern of the two phase circulating water pump room of the TOSYALI steel plant in Algeria, the reasons for the leakage caused by the cracks in the concrete circulating cooling water tank of the steel plant and the analysis of the treatment methods are analyzed. The method and application of how to effectively deal with the leakage of the wall cracks in the water pool are put forward. The matters needing attention in the work can be referred for similar projects.
