北京市房山区8所在校大学生性行为特征分析

The Characteristics of the Undergraduates' Sexual Behavior in 8 Universities of Fangshan District,Beijing

目的了解北京市房山区在校大学生性行为特征,为开展艾滋病干预工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,以班级为最小抽样单位,抽到班级的所有学生均为调查对象,由调查对象自主填写调查问卷。结果共调查大学生4 498人,大学生性行为发生率为14.896%,大学生初次性行为未满18岁发生率为6.269%,多性伴发生率为6.536%,安全套正确使用率为50.896%,男男同性性行为发生率为5.093%,艾滋病检测率为12.090%。男大学生的性行为发生率、大学生初次性行为未满18岁发生率、多性伴发生率和艾滋病检测率(26.015%、12.870%、13.076%和14.815%)均高于女大学生(9.589%、3.120%、3.415%和8.562%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大学生性行为发生率、多性伴发生率、男男性行为发生率随着年级的升高呈增长趋势,年级间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生危险性行为较普遍,并具有性别和年级间的差异,应制定多样化的干预措施来控制艾滋病的传播。

Objective To explore the characteristics of the undergraduates＇ sexual behavior in Fangshan district of Beijing,and to provide reference for AIDS intervention. Methods The method of random stratified cluster sampling was used and the class was taken as the minimum sampling unit. All the students of the class which was selected were investigated,and the questionnaires were filled out by the undergraduates independently.Results A total of 4 498 undergraduates were surveyed. The occurrence rate of sexual behavior of the undergraduates was 14. 896%,the occurrence rate of under age first sex（ 18 years） was 6. 269%,the occurrence rate of multiple sex partners was 6. 536%,the rate of correct use of condoms was 50. 896%,the rate of men who have sex with men（ MSM） was 5. 093%,and the rate of AIDS detection was 12. 090%. For the male undergraduates,the occurrence rate of sexual behavior,the occurrence rate of under age first sexual behavior（ 18 years）,the incidence of multiple sexual partners,and the rate of AIDS detection（ 26. 015%,12. 870%,13. 076% and 14. 815%） were higher than those of the female undergraduates（ 9. 589%,3. 120%,3. 415% and 8. 562%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of sexual behavior,multiple sexual partners and MSM increased with the increase of grade,and there was a significant difference between different grades（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The undergraduates＇ dangerous sexual behaviors were more common in recent years,and there were differences in gender and in grade. Various interventions should be developed to control the spread of AIDS.
