摘要
本文旨在通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法研究测定铝合金中的铬元素的方法,对比分析铝基体溶液对实验结果的影响,得出最合适的实验方法。同时分析该实验方法的准确度和精密度,并从测量重复性、称样过程、溶液定容过程、铬标准溶液本身及标准曲线五个方面考虑了该方法的不确定度,对今后的实验的结果有一定的指导意义。
This paper aims to study the method of determining chromium in aluminum alloy by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy, compare and analyze the influence of aluminum matrix solution on experimental results, and obtain the most suitable experimental method. At the same time, the accuracy and precision of the experimental method are analyzed, and the uncertainty of the method is considered from five aspects: measurement repeatability, sample weighing process, solution volumetric process, certain guiding significance for chromium standard solution itself and standard curve, which has the results of future experiments.
