摘要
以石英粉末和沸石粉末为主要原料,用粉末烧结法制备了一种含宏观球状孔隙结构的多孔瓷球,这种多孔结构拓展了陶瓷材料在界面作用用途中的有效比表面积。对所得多孔瓷球在碱液中进行脱硅处理,因高硅组分的溶解得到了高铝原子含量的活性表面,且增加了瓷球表层的孔隙结构以及表面粗糙度,进一步提高了制品的表面积。通过多孔瓷球到脱硅多孔瓷球的改进,获得了一种具有较好发展前景和应用前途的多孔吸附材料。
The quartz powder and the zeolite powder are used as the primary raw material to prepare porous ceramic sphere with the macroscopic pores by powder sintering. The porous structure expands the effective specific surface area of ceramic material in interface interaction. Desilicating porous ceramic sphere in the NaOH solution not only gains higher content of Al atom on the surface but also increases the pores and the surface roughness. Through the desilication improvement of porous ceramic balls,a porous adsorption material with great prospects and application has been obtained.
