摘要
针对车用动力电池,研究了其充放电过程中的电压恢复特性,对电池组和电池单体进行了充电实验。分析了电压恢复特性对电池充电特性的影响,提出了电压容量密度作为电池能量状态估算的指标。发现了动力电池组在恒压充电阶段单体电池电压变化的异常现象。分析结果表明,电压容量密度更能准确表征电池能量状态,在电池组恒压充电阶段应对单体进行充电保护。
For traction battery,the voltage recovery characteristics during charging and discharging are studied. A charging experiment is conducted on battery pack and cells respectively,and the influence of voltage recovery effect on charging characteristics is analyzed. Voltage capacity density is defined to show the energy states of battery. The abnormal phenomenon of cell's voltage variation at constant voltage charging stage is pointed out. The results show that voltage capacity density can accurately show the energy states and the charging protection measures for cells must be adopted at constant voltage charging stage.
