硅钢准备机组切头剪设计及机架有限元分析

Design of the Crop Shear and Finite Element Analysis of Frame of the Silicon Steel Preparation Unit

摘要 对迁钢硅钢准备机组的切头剪进行研究,分析切头剪的结构特点,结合切头剪的技术数据给出切头剪剪切力及夹送装置的力能参数计算过程,并对驱动设备进行选型;采用三维软件建立切头剪机架的有限元分析计算模型,分析机架的应力场、位移场以及机架的安全系数。按照设计标准对计算结果进行检验,为机架设计及优化提供依据。 In this paper, the crop shear of Qiangang silicon steel preparation unit is studied, and the structural characteristics of the crop shear are analyzed. Combined with the technical data of the crop shear, the cutting force of the crop shear and the calculation of the force energy parameters of the pinch device are given. And the driving equipments are selected. The finite element analysis model of the crop shear's frame is established by using 3D software. The stress field, displacement field and safety factor of the frame are analyzed. According to the design standards to test the results of the test for the rack design and optimization to provide the basis.
