摘要
用实验室X射线光管结合石墨平晶搭建了Cu靶Kα射线单色化光源,根据其光束特性研制出应用于光源的一种无前焦的多毛细管光学器件,测量了有无多毛细管光学器件条件下距石墨平晶中心245mm位置处X射线面积光强计数比.结果表明,本实验所研制的2支多毛细管光学器件均可使距石墨平晶中心245mm位置处的X射线光强增益10倍以上.
Combining laboratory x-ray tube with graphite crystal structure,we built a monochromatic light source of Cu Kαbeam.According to the characteristics applied to the light source we developed appropriate capillary optics measurement.Count ratio of X-ray photon with installing polycapillary optics and uninstalling polycapillary optics at a distance of 245 mm from graphite flat was calculated.The two polycapillary optics could be used to make gain of X-ray photon,which is more than 10 times in the simulated optical path of singlecrystal diffractometers.
