艾灸对功能性消化不良大鼠SCF、Cx43表达的影响

Effect of moxibustion on expression of SCF and Cx43 in rats with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨艾灸对功能性消化不良大鼠SCF、足三里穴局部Cx43蛋白表达的影响。方法建立功能性消化不良大鼠模型,进行艾灸足三里穴和足三里穴旁开对照点,采用免疫印迹法(Western blot)分别检测各组大鼠胃窦SCF及穴位、穴位旁开对照点局部Cx43蛋白的表达水平。结果与空白组相比,模型组大鼠胃窦SCF及穴区局部Cx43蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,艾灸穴位组SCF及Cx43蛋白表达量高于模型组(P<0.05),艾灸非穴组SCF及Cx43蛋白表达量无显著差异(P>0.05);与艾灸非穴组相比,艾灸穴位组SCF及Cx43蛋白表达量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论艾灸干预能够显著升高FD大鼠胃窦SCF及足三里局部Cx43蛋白表达水平,改善胃动力,调节胃肠道活动。

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on the expression of local Cx43 protein of Zusanli point and in SCF in rats with functional dyspepsia. Methods The model of functional dyspepsia was established. Moxibustion ＂Zusanli＂ and Zusan- li points next to the control point, the levels of SCF and local Cx43 protein in gastric antrum were measured by immunoblotting （Western blot）. Results Compared with the blank group, the levels of SCF and Cx43 protein in the antral sinus SCF and acu- points of the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the model group, the expression of SCF and Cx43 protein in the moxibustion acupoint group was higher than that in the model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of SCF and Cx43 protein between the moxibustion non - acupoint group and the model group （ P 〉 0.05 ） The expression of SCF and Cx43 protein in moxibustion group was significantly higher than that in moxibustion non - acupoint group （P 〈 O. 05 ） . Conclusion Moxibustion intervention can significantly increase the expression of local Cx43 protein of ＂Zusanli＂ and SCF in gastric antrum of FD rats, improve gastric motility and regulate gastrointestinal activi- ty.
