基于CNKI数据库的围绝经期失眠患者证素及文献规律研究

Analysis on syndrome factors and literature rules of insomnia patients in perimenopausal period based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure

目的分析围绝经期失眠患者证候诊断及证素分布情况,寻找文献报道规律,为临床辨证论治提供思路。方法以中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库为资料来源,检索1990~2017年国内正式发表的临床类文献,对文献发表年度、关键词、文献类型、证型、证素等进行分析。结果纳入临床研究文献66篇,文献发表数量呈上升趋势,整体以观察临床疗效类为主,共出现31种证型,心肾不交证病例数最多为1420例,病位证素肾频次最高为3188次,病性证素阴虚频次最高为3814次。结论文献整理未见高质量的盲法实验,利用合理随机盲法以验证中医诊断辨证方法及方证对应关系意义重大,对文献证及证素分布规律的分析,基本反映了围绝经期失眠患者的主要病机,为临床医生提供一定参考。

Objective To analyze the syndrome diagnosis and the distribution of syndrome factors in perimenopausal insomnia patients,finding literature rules and to provide ideas for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods Retrieving clinical literature from 1990 to 2017 in CNKI,to analyzed the year,key word,document type,syndrome type and syndrome factors. Results 66 pieces of clinical research literature were totally included. The number of documents published is on the rise,and the overall clinical observation literature is the main. There were 31 syndromes,the number of cases of syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney was 1420,the symptom factor of disease location of kidney frequency was 3188,the symptom factors of disease's quality of dampness,Yin deficiency frequency was 3814. Conclusion There were no high-quality blinded experiments.That is very important,if use of randomized to verify the method of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the relationship of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes. Analysis of the syndromes and symptom factors,that basically reflects the main pathogenesis of perimenopause insomnia patients,that provide a reference for clinician.
