牛磺酸对镉致大鼠肝损伤拮抗作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的初步探讨牛磺酸对镉致大鼠血常规及血生化指标的影响。方法将50只大鼠按体重随机分为5组:对照组、模型组、高剂量干预组、中剂量干预组、低剂量干预组,每组10只。实验持续30 d后处死动物,测定血常规、血生化、脏器湿重、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果 (1)高剂量干预组与模型组比较,肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平降低(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)水平升高(P<0.05);肾功能尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平降低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;血液中红细胞数增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)模型组大鼠肝、肾湿重下降明显,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中剂量干预组大鼠肝湿重明显高于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量干预组大鼠肾湿重明显高于模型组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。(3)模型组TNF-α含量与对照组比较显著上升(P<0.01);高、中剂量干预组TNF-α含量与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论牛磺酸可以改善镉对大鼠肝脏、肾脏功能的损伤,有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the antagonistic effect of taurine against cadmium chloride induced on blood and blood biochemistry in Rats. Methods The whole rats were randomly divided into five groups(n = 10) :(1)control group;(2)Cd group;(3)high-dose group;(4)middle-dose group;(5)low-dose group. The rats were sacrificed after the experiment lasting for 30 d,blood,blood biochemistry,organ wet weight and TNF-α being tested. Results(1)Comparing with the Cd group(P〈0. 05),in the high-dose group,ALT and AST of liver tissue decreased,TP and Alb increased(P〈0. 05),Renal BUN,Crdecreased(P〈0. 05),blood red blood cell count increased. The differences are of statistical significance(P〈0. 05).(2)The wet weight of liver and kidney in the Cd group decreased comparing with the control group. The liver wet weight of high-dose group and middle-dose group increased,comparing with the control group. The kidney wet weight of high-dose group increased,comparing with the control group.(3)The TNF-α of Cd group increased,comparing with the control group. The TNF-α of high-dose group and middle-dose group decreased,comparing with the control group. The differences are of statistical significance. Conclusion Taurine can improve the function of cadmium in rats liver and kidney damage and has protective effect.
