摘要
目的了解渭南市高水碘区富平县重点人群碘营养状况,为科学调整缺乏病防治措施提供依据。方法 2012-2016年每年随机采取120名8~10岁儿童尿样,按照标准WS/T 107-2006中过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法进行尿碘含量检测。结果 2012-2016年富平县儿童尿碘中位数分别为261.46μg/L、255.77μg/L、290.10μg/L、287.63μg/L、277.98μg/L;连续5年儿童尿碘中位数为270.00μg/L,尿碘结果<50μg/L的样本占总样本的1.50%,50~100μg/L的占7.33%,100~199μg/L的占22.50%,200~299μg/L的占25.17%,≥300μg/L的占43.50%。结论富平县儿童尿碘水平处于超过适宜量,碘缺乏病已基本消除,需继续加强重点人群碘营养状况的监测。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of the key population in Fuping County,and to provide basis for scientific adjustment of disease prevention and control measures. Methods WS/T 107-2006 urine samples of 120 children aged8 ~ 10 years were randomly selected every year during 2012-2016,and urinary iodine content was detected by ammonium persulfate digestion and arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results The median urinary iodine of children in Fuping County during 2012-2016 were 261. 46 g/L,255. 77 g/L,290. 10 g/L,287. 63 g/L,277. 98 g/L respectively; the urinary iodine median of children for five consecutive years was 270. 0 μg/L,urine iodine results 50 μg/L being 1. 50% of total samples,7. 30% being 50 ~ 100 μg/L,22. 50% being 100 ~ 199 μg/L,25. 17% being 200 ~ 299 μg/L,and 43. 5% being ≥300 μg/L.Conclusion The urinary iodine level of children in Fuping County is above the appropriate level,and iodine deficiency diseases have been basically eliminated. It is necessary to continue to strengthen the monitoring of iodine nutrition status among key populations..
