摘要 提出了一种非线性Rayleigh表面波检测方法来实现金属表面疲劳损伤的检测。搭建了非线性Rayleigh波检测平台,进行了金属材料表面疲劳损伤的检测,测量不同拉伸载荷周期数目下非线性系数的变化,结合金属材料表面微观形态,建立了非线性系数-材料微观结构-宏观力学性能之间的联系。试验结果表明,非线性Rayleigh波检测方法可用于金属表面疲劳损伤的检测,具有一定的应用价值。 A nonlinear Rayleigh surface wave detection method was proposed to detect and evaluate the fatigue damage of metal surface.The main contents include:the nonlinear Rayleigh wave detection platform was constructed;the detection of fatigue damage of metal materials surface was realized;measuring the variation of nonlinear coefficients under different tensile load cycles and combining with the micro morphology test of metal materials,the relationship between the nonlinear coefficient,the microstructure of materials and the macro mechanical properties was established.The experimental results show that the nonlinear Rayleigh wave detection method can be used to detect the fatigue damage of metal surface,and has a certain application value.
