摘要 针对厚壁加氢反应器这类复杂的压力容器,介绍了其结构特点,各类焊接缺陷类型及易出现部位,重点论述了厚壁加氢反应器主焊缝、内壁堆焊层、法兰密封槽堆焊层以及外结构件与筒体焊接处的无损检测方法,根据其材料及结构特点,总结了各无损检测方法的优缺点,以为同行提供参考。 In view of the complex pressure vessels of thick-walled hydrogenation reactors,the paper introduces the structure characteristics,damage modes,damage position for the thick-walled hydrogenation reactors.The nondestructive testing methods of the main welds,the bead welding,the flange sealed solder and the external structural parts welded with tube for the thick-walled hydrogenation were mainly discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of various nondestructive testing methods were summarized according to the material and structure.The results can provide reference for peers.
