摘要
针对井下救援存在的问题,结合常见的坠井人员姿势和救援方法,研发了一套狭窄井口深井救援设备。该设备具有多个技术创新点:最大化精简线路,兼具救援和侦测功能,井下仿生机械部分如同人类"胳膊和双手"。救援过程中,救援人员在井上控制井下设备,通过模仿"抓住腋下至肩部位置向上托举"的仿生动作进行救援,不对被困人员身体重要部位进行钳夹,能有效避免"下不去"、"抓不住"、二次伤害等问题。
The thesis analyzed the problems existing in the mode of trench rescue,and developed a set of deep bore rescue equipment for the well with a narrow mouth based on the common posture of falling rescuee and rescue methods.The equipment possessed technological innovations of wired signal transmission with maximally condensed line and both rescue and detection capabilities.The in-well bionic mechanical part of the device simulated human "arms and hands" and was controlled by the rescuer out the well.The bionic structure carried out the rescue through imitating the action of "grabbing under the oxter of the rescuee up to his shoulder position and lifting out " without clamping the important body parts of the trapped so as to effectively avoid the problems of "unable to go down","unable to catch",and secondary damage.
