心理干预在心理测量过程中的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of psychological intervention on the process of psychological measurement

目的探讨心理干预在心理测量过程中的作用及影响。方法选取2016年12月~2017年11月本院心理测量室进行心理测量的56例患者作为研究对象,随机分为心理干预组和常规测量组,每组均为28例。常规测量组采用传统模式进行心理测量,心理干预组则在测量前对受试患者进行预先评估,依据评估结果进行针对性心理干预后测量,比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及测量依从性效果。结果心理干预测量前,两组患者均存在重度焦虑和重度抑郁,SDS和SAS得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施心理干预措施后,心理干预组焦虑和抑郁均为轻度,常规测量组焦虑和抑郁为中度,组间患者的SDS和SAS评分比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理干预组患者心理测量依从率和准确度明显高于常规测量组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心理测量过程中对被试者进行预防性心理干预能有效提高其在心理测量过程中的情绪稳定性及依从性。

Objective The aim of our study was to explore the role of psychological intervention in the process of psychological measurement. Methods Choose between December 2016 and November 2016 56 patients implemented with psychological test in our hospital were randomly divided into psychological intervention group（28 cases） and routine measurement group（28 cases）. The conventional measurement group was implemented with the traditional mode of psychological test. For psychological intervention group,before measurement,the subjects previously were assessed. According to the evaluation results,they were implemented with targeted psychological intervention. Anxiety Scale（SAS） score,self rating Depression Scale（SDS）,the compliance effect of measurement and the reliability of scoring of two groups were compared before and after the intervention of the self rating. Results Before psychological intervention measurement,the two groups had no statistically significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS（P〈0.05）. After psychological intervention,differences of SDS and SAS score between the two groups were statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The measurement compliance rate and the accuracy of the measurement of psychological intervention group were significantly higher than those of conventional group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Before psychological test,psychological intervention can improve the accuracy of psychological test scientifically and rationally.
