阿奇霉素片联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Azithromycin Tablets Combined with Inhalation of Budesonide Suspension in Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

目的:探讨阿奇霉素片联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效观察。方法:选取2016年8月至2017年8月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿86例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患儿仅给予阿奇霉素片治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗。观察两组患儿临床症状消失时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率为95.35%(41/43),明显高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为4.65%(2/43),明显低于对照组的18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素片联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效显著,且不良反应少。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Azithromycin tablets combined with inhalation of budesonide suspension in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. METHODS： 86 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted into Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from Aug. 2016 to Aug.2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 43 cases in each. The control group was given Azithromycin tablets,while the observation group additionally received inhalation of budesonide suspension based on the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the disappearance time of fever,cough and lung murmur of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 35%（ 41/43）,significantly higher than that of control group（ 81. 40%,35/43）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 4. 65%（ 2/43）,significantly lower than that of control group（ 18. 60%,8/43）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Azithromycin tablets combined with inhalation of budesonide suspension in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is significant,with fewer adverse drug reactions.
