2015—2017年北京市监狱管理局中心医院含毒性成分的中成药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Chinese Patent Medicine with Toxic Ingredient in Central Hospital of Beijing Municipal Administration of Prisons During 2015-2017

目的:了解北京市监狱管理局中心医院(以下简称"我院")含毒性成分的中成药临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计分析2015—2017年我院含毒性成分的中成药的品种、毒性成分、销售金额、使用量及相关占比等数据。结果:2015—2017年,我院含毒性成分的中成药品种数维持在36~37种,其销售金额占中成药总销售金额的比例稳中有降;理血剂的销售金额排序居第1位,其在临床上主要用于老年性心脑血管病患者。结论:中成药多为多种中药材的复方制剂,成分复杂,含毒性成分的药品品种繁多,长时间、超剂量使用或多种中成药联合应用易造成中毒或不良反应。应加强临床医师的培训,对含有毒性成分的中成药处方加强监控,以保障患者用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application of Chinese patent medicine with toxic ingredient in Central Hospital of Beijing Municipal Administration of Prisons（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide references for clinical rational drug application. METHODS： Data of categories,toxic ingredient,consumption sum,usage amount and respective proportions of Chinese patent medicine with toxic ingredient in our hospital during 2015-2017 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS： During 2015-2017,there were 36-37 kinds of Chinese patent medicine with toxic ingredient in our hospital,the proportion of their consumption sum accounted for the total consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine was in a steady decreasing; the consumption sum of blood-regulating recipes was ranking in the first,which was mainly applied on elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease. CONCLUSIONS： Chinese patent medicine is mainly compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials with complicated compositions,which contains wide varieties of toxic ingredient,so that clinical poisoning and adverse drug reactions could be induced by long-term and overdose application or combined application with multiple kinds of Chinese patent medicine.Clinicians should be trained to reinforce the monitoring on the application of Chinese patent medicine with toxic ingredient,so as to ensure patients＇ medication safety.
