2015—2017年焦作市第二人民医院口服降糖药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in the Second People's Hospital of Jiaozuo During 2015-2017

目的:了解焦作市第二人民医院(以下简称"该院")口服降糖药的应用现状及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2015—2017年该院口服降糖药常用品种的销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:3年来,该院口服降糖药的销售金额总体呈增长趋势,从2015年的632 976元增至2017年的769 691元,年均增长率为10.27%;销售金额排序居前3位的药品为阿卡波糖、格列美脲及二甲双胍;DDDs排序居前3位的药品为格列美脲、二甲双胍及阿卡波糖;阿卡波糖、西格列汀、米格列奈及瑞格列奈的DDC较高,二甲双胍、格列吡嗪及消渴丸的DDC较低;各药品的销售金额排序与DDDs排序的比值在0.3~2.0之间。结论:格列美脲、二甲双胍及阿卡波糖在该院口服降糖药中居主导地位,该院口服降糖药的应用基本合理。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application and its growing trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the Second People＇s Hospital of Jiaozuo（ hereinafter referred to as ＂this hospital＂）,so as to provide references for clinical rational medication. METHODS： Data of the consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and defined daily cost（ DDC） of oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital during 2015-2017 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS： In the recent 3 years,the consumption sum of oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital was in an increasing,which had increased from 632 976 yuan in 2015 to 769 691 yuan in 2017,with an annual growth rate of 10. 27%; the top 3 drugs ranked in consumption sum were respectively acarbose,glimepiride and metformin; the top 3 drugs ranked in DDDs were respectively glimepiride,metformin and acarbose; the DDC of acarbose,sitagliptin,mitiglinide and repaglinide were relatively higher,while the DDC of metformin,glipizide and Xiaoke pills were lower; the ratio of sequence of consumption sum to sequence of DDDs was within 0. 3-2. 0. CONCLUSIONS： Glimepiride,metformin and acarbose are the main oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital,with basically rational application.
