廉江市人民医院癌性疼痛治疗药物应用的动态分析

Dynamic Analysis on Application of Cancer Pain Drugs in Lianjiang People's Hospital

目的:探讨廉江市人民医院(以下简称"我院")癌性疼痛治疗药物应用的动态情况。方法:对2017年6—12月我院肿瘤科病房及门诊癌性疼痛治疗药物相关使用数据进行统计分析。结果:2017年6—12月我院使用的癌性疼痛治疗药物共涉及10个品规,4种剂型。其中,缓释麻醉性镇痛药口服制剂的使用量整体呈现上升趋势;麻醉性镇痛药注射制剂的使用量呈降低趋势;麻醉性镇痛药贴剂的使用量呈降低趋势;而吗啡片的使用剂量整体呈上升趋势。盐酸羟考酮缓释片的用药频度逐月明显上升;芬太尼透皮贴、吗啡注射液的用药频度明显降低。结论:我院癌性疼痛治疗药物的使用情况基本合理,经过相应的干预措施后,严格按照首选口服用药的原则,完善了药物使用的规章制度,有利于保证癌性疼痛治疗的规范化。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the dynamic situation of application of cancer pain drugs in Lianjiang People＇s Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on relevant application data of cancer pain drugs in oncology wards and outpatient department from Jun. to Dec. 2017.RESULTS： A total of 10 products and 4 dosage forms of cancer pain drugs were involved from Jun. to Dec. 2017;among which,the consumption amount of orally controlled-release narcotic analgesics and Morphine tablets showed the rising trend while the dosage of narcotic analgesics injection and patches showed the declining trend. The defined daily dose system（ DDDs） of Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets increased significantly month by month,yet the DDDs of fentanyl transdermal system and morphine hydrochloride injection decreased significantly.CONCLUSIONS： The application of cancer pain drugs is basically rational in our hospital. After the corresponding intervention measures,the rules and regulations of drug application have been improved in strict accordance with the principle of first choice oral medication,which is conducive to the standardization of cancer pain treatment.
