抗菌药物用药频度与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率的相关性分析

Analysis on Correlation Between Defined Daily Dose System of Antibiotics and Detection Rate of Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii

目的:探讨抗菌药物用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率之间的关系,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2016—2017年丹东市第一医院各季度抗菌药物的DDDs与同期多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:含β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂、碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的DDDs与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率之间的相关性有统计学意义,呈正相关(r分别为0.767、0.771,P分别为0.027、0.025);而其他类抗菌药物的DDDs与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率之间的相关性无统计学意义。结论:抗菌药物的DDDs与鲍曼不动杆菌耐药存在相关性,提示临床应加强抗菌药物的合理应用,延缓和减少多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌产生。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the correlation between defined daily dose system（ DDDs） of antibiotics and detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： Retrospective analysis method was adopted,Pearson correlation analysis of DDDs of antibiotics and detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were conducted from Dandong the First Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as in each quarter during 2016-2017. RESULTS： DDDs of β-lactamase inhibitor combinations and carbopenems was positively correlated with detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii（ r =0. 767,P = 0. 027; r = 0. 771,P = 0. 025）. There was no significant correlation with other drugs. CONCLUSIONS：There is a correlation between the DDDs of antibiotics and the resistance of acinetobacter baumannii,which suggests that the rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened so as to delay and reduce the multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii.
