Requirement Generation of Equipment Combat Capability for Anti-terrorism Task

针对武警部队反恐装备论证中缺乏能力需求量化分析方法的问题,以当前面临的反恐作战任务为牵引,构建了装备作战能力需求分析框架,通过任务分解,建立了装备作战能力指标体系,通过解析"作战任务-能力指标"之间的映射关系得到完成作战任务所需的各项能力指标。最后,以处置突发事件为背景,以作战需求为目标,采用定量分析方法得到能力指标的区间数值解,对基于反恐任务的装备作战能力需求生成研究进行了有意义的探索。

In response to the lack of quantitative analysis method in the demonstration of anti-terrorism e- quipment in the Armed Police Force, the framework of the equipment combat capability demand analysis is constructed by taking the current anti-terrorism combat task as traction. The combat capability index system is proposed after task decomposition. Then, the necessary capability index values for combat task are produced by analyzing the mapping relationship between combat tasks and capability indexes. Final- ly, taking the task of hostage rescue as the background and the combat demand as the goal, quantitative analysis methods are used to obtain interval numerical solutions of capability indicators, and a meaningful exploration is made on the research of the equipment combat capability requirement generation based on the anti-terrorism task.
