工业社区综合养老模式下的适老化公共空间重构及设施更新

Reconstructing the Public Space and Upgrading Facilities for Aging under the Comprehensive Old-age Pension Model in Industrial Communities

目的以社区综合养老模式建构的背景下,探索适老化公共空间、公共家具设计的研究路径,建立合理的适老化公共空间组合模式。方法通过社区规划、功能植入完成社区空间、社区设施的更新改造,通过汽配社区日间照料中心完成社区生活重组,以15 min空间圈层活化、产业联动、互联网+的匹配完成社区养老模式建构,从3个层次探索公共空间和公共设施设计的方法。结论第一,从人的需要角度,社区综合养老模式的探索能够解决老年人的多层次需求。第二,从社会角度,社区综合养老模式能够形成社区内自我满足、辐射周边产业、未来缓解社会就业压力的作用。第三,从养老模式探索上,社区空间改造、社区生活重组、养老模式建构能够为适老化公共空间,公共家具的设计提供一种综合化研究的新思路。

It aims to explore the research path of aging public space and public furniture design, and to establish a reasonable combination model of aging public space. Through community planning and functional implantation, the renewal and transformation of community space and community facilities are completed, and community life reorganization is completed through the daytime care center of the auto distribution community. The 15 min space circle activation, industrial linkage and Internet ＋ match are constructed to complete the community pension model, and the design method of public space and public facilities is explored from 3 layers. First, from the needs of human beings, the exploration of the comprehensive pension model can solve the multi-level needs of the elderly. Second, from the economic point of view, the comprehensive pension model can create new economic growth points and employment opportunities. Third, from the pension model exploration, the community space transformation, community life reorganization and the pension model construction can provide a new idea for the study of the aging public space and the design of public furniture.
