摘要
针对聚合物/水滑石(LDH)纳米复合材料传统制备方法中存在的问题,采用球磨改性工艺制备聚丙烯(PP)/LDH纳米复合材料以期改进填充物在基体中的剥离和插层,重点研究了PP/LDH纳米复合材料的结构、力学性能。XRD分析表明,球磨工艺在对LDHs进行有机插层改性的同时实现了PP分子链的插层;所制备的PP/LDHs纳米复合材料其综合力学性能明显优于常规方法制备的复合材料。
With regard to the problems of preparing polymer/layered double hydroxides( LDHs)nanocomposites in the traditional methods,ball milling method was used to prepare polypropylene( PP)/LDHs nanocomposites to realize exfoliation and intercalation of layered inorganic fillers in polymer matrix.Here,our attentions were focused on studying the structures, mechanical properties of the prepared PP/LDHs nanocomposites. XRD analysis results show that the interlayer of PP molecular chain is modified by ball grinding process. The mechanical properties of nanocomposites prepared by ball milling method are excellently than that of composites prepared by conventional methods.
