湿热老化对二乙基次膦酸铝阻燃增强PA66的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究湿热老化对无卤阻燃玻纤增强尼龙66(FR/PA66/GF)的影响,其中无卤阻燃剂为二乙基次膦酸铝(Al Pi)复配聚磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)。研究发现材料的阻燃性能在湿热老化后有所提升,但MPP在湿热老化过程中水解析出大量三聚氰胺晶体,向体系中引入一定比例的芳香尼龙6I/6T,通过限制PA66分子链运动,可以有效改善阻燃剂的析出行为。同时,芳香尼龙的引入可以提升材料的成炭能力,从而提升材料的阻燃性能。 The influences of hydrothermal aging on halogen-free flame-retarded glass fiber reinforced nylon 66( PA66) composite were studied, while diethylphosphonate aluminium( Al Pi) and melamine polyphosphate( MPP) were used as halogen-free flame retardants. Improved flame retardance were observed after hydrothermal aging,meanwhile,a large amount of melamine crystals precipitated on the material surface resulting from the hydrolysis of MPP. However, the precipitation behavior of flame retardant can be suppressed by using 6 I/6 T resin through impeding PA66 chain movement. Besides,the flame retardance of composite is improved because of enhanced condensed phase effect.
