Influence of PU/PMMA Compounding Ratio on the Friction and Damping Performance of Composite Materials

摘要 制备了聚氨酯(PU)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合材料,并考察了不同的PU/PMMA配比对PU/PMMA复合材料在海水润滑环境中的阻尼特性与摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,在PU/PMMA质量比为55/45时,试样达到了最好的润滑性能,其摩擦因数等于0.16,且磨损率较小。当PU含量上升后,PMMA在微观分布状态上变得更加均匀。在滑动速率为0.25 m/s时,试样摩擦因数为0.07,磨损率为0.08%。在PU/PMMA比例等于40/60时,试样玻璃化转变温度131.6℃,达到了最优的阻尼性能。 Polyurethane( PU)/polymethacrylate( PMMA) composites were prepared,and the effects of different PU/PMMA ratios on the damping and tribological properties of PU/PMMA composites in seawater lubrication environment were investigated. The results show that when the PU/PMMA ratio is55/45,the test sample achieves the best lubrication performance. The friction coefficient is 0. 16,and the wear rate is small.When the PU content increases,PMMA becomes more uniform in the micro distribution state. In the case of sliding speed equal to 0. 25 m/s,the friction coefficient of the sample is 0. 07,and the wear rate is 0. 08%.In the ratio of PU to PMMA is equal to 40/60,the glass transition temperature reaches 131. 6 ℃,achieving the optimal damping performance.
