Survey and Development of Abroad Medicine’s Recognizing Sasang

《东医寿世保元》中说：＂太少阴阳之脏局短长阴阳之变化也＂。在四象医学中,根据相互对立的阴阳变化规律,人的体质被分为太阳人、少阳人、太阴人、少阴人等四象。辨别是以＂四望＂＂四问＂＂四闻＂＂按诊和切脉＂为纲要,跟据诊断者的主观辨别尺度而诊断体质,所以体质诊断上出现较多争议。目前,为了实现诊断的标准化、定量化,多数学者试图结合现代科技手段提高其准确率。文章综述国外的研究进展。

According to a statement in Dongyi Shoushi Baoyuan that constitutions have difference,e. g. stronger or weaker.Yinyang characters among Tai,Shao,Yin and Yang,and based on mutual opposite relationship of Yinyang,human is divided into Sasang constitutions of Tai,Shao,Yin and Yang. Essential of recognizing Sasang constitutions is to make diagnosis with inspection,auscultation and olfaction,interrogation,pulse feeling and palpation comprehensively. The recognizing process inevitably depends on doctor＇s subjective factors of observation and judgment so that diagnosis is in dispute at present. To standardize and quantitatively analyze diagnosis with higher accuracy,it would be an attempt to make full use of modern scientific and technical methods.Studying progress in abroad as well as source of Sasang Medicine is summarized in this paper.
